Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Services: Clients may request to cancel their enrollment in the treatment program at Sanity Welfare Society at any time. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to our administration office.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancelled services will be determined based on the following criteria:

If cancellation is requested before the start of the treatment program, a full refund of any fees paid will be provided, minus any administrative charges.
If cancellation is requested after the start of the treatment program, refunds will be prorated based on the duration of services received, minus any administrative charges and non-refundable fees.
No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered, including but not limited to counseling sessions, therapy sessions, or medical treatment.
Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number] days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified by the client.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as intake assessment fees or admission fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined in the initial agreement provided to the client upon enrollment.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy may be granted in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Sanity Welfare Society. Clients requesting exceptions must provide supporting documentation for consideration.

Modification of Policy: Sanity Welfare Society reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing.
